(Tuxedo purchase / rental is extra). There is no charge for priests either for the exemplification or dinner. Meal for non-candidates is $15 or $25 with wife / date. Dress: - The official dress for the Fourth Degree Exemplification is black tuxedo, black bow tie, white pleated shirt, black shoes & socks, a black cummerbund and white gloves. Contact Bill Cihal for tuxedo rental / purchase information. - Religious members or members of the armed services may wear their clerical garb or dress uniform respectively. - A tux is expected for any current 4th degree members coming to the dinner. To qualify for the Fourth Degree, one must be: - Over 18 years of age - A citizen of the United States - A Third Degree member in good standing for at least one year. - A practical Catholic in communion with the Holy See. - Have a Fourth Degree Sponsor. - A completed Application Form 4, available at the Exemplification.
