The State Membership Director and his team are appointed by and report to the State Deputy and help with the reponsibilities of recruitment of new and retention of existing members.

The State Membership Director and his team implement incentive programs institued by the State Deputy for council initiatives in the area of recruitment and the successful conferment of degree(s) on new members.

The State Membership Director and his team are usually appointed to serve for a two-year period, July to June.

It is also through the efforts of the State Membership Director and his team that the Order remains strong.
