The
Prince of peace Council is located at Prince of Peace Church in Kearney NE at
1210 East 11th Street. The Grand Knight for 2009-2011 is Ron Huss. You can contact the
Knights by phone at 308-263-2009.
Our
meetings are held monthly at the Prince of Peace Parish Hall on the third
Monday of the month. We have a
meal at 6:30 and our meeting starts at 7:30.
Prince
of Peace Council 10923 was chartered in July of 1992 with an original
membership of 49 Knights. The
first elected officers of our council were: Grand Knight- Gailen Kotrous;
Deputy Grand Knight-Jim Krason; Chancellor-Ed Foley; Recorder-Mike Tinkham;
Financial Secretary-Gene Methe; Treasurer-John Lakey; Advocate-Bert O’Connor;
Warden-Charlie Wing; Inside Guard-John Neville; Outside Guard-Kevin Reinke;
Trustee 3 year-John Smith; Trustee 2 year-Sam Reinke; Trustee 1 year Dan
