     A grand Memorial Day service was held under the auspices of the Omaha Council at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, where a solmn military Mass was celebrated by Msgr.Augstino M. Colaneri, Rev. M.J. O'Conner, S/J. Vice-President of Creighton University delivered the sermon. There were about six thousand people in attendance, including two companies of militia.

    A new council has been instituted at Chadron, Neb.
    A new council was installed at Hastings recently, with seventy members. The first and second degrees were exemplified by State Deputy C.J. Smyth and staff. The third degree was in charge of District Deputy J.A. Maguire of Lincoln. A banquet was served and numerious address were made.
