Catholics Seek Funds for Center

The new joint Catholic Community Center and the Knights of Columbus club house to be erected at Twentieth and Dodge Streets will be in cubic feet three times a large as the Standard Oil Building and larger than either the Securities Building or the Grain Exchange, according to the following figures prepared by W.C. Fraser, president of the Knights of Columbus club:
A campaign is now under way in the 33 parishes of Omaha to raise $130,000 to be added to the $340,000 which was subscribed 18 months ago for the building.  When the Knights of Columbus decided to make the building a Catholic Community Center it was found necessary to have $150,000 more.
