    The Knights of Columbus lodge has contracted for the purchase of the telephone exchange building at Thirty-Third and Hearney Streets, for use as a new club house, it was announced today.
    Little remodeling will be necessary to conver the building into a club, it was said.   There is one large room suitable for lodge meetings and ballroom and other rooms are adaptable for club purposes.  A gymnasium and showers will be installed.  All space will be used exclusively for club purposes.
    Furniture and other equiplment from the former club building will be used in furnishing the new club.
    The purchase is from the Northwestern Bell Telephone Company.
